Warning, seller doesn't respond. Faulty mask

Our $550 masks lights did not work when we got it. They said they'd send a new part which took 5 weeks and lits if pestering. Then on same first day, screws fell out. We fixed it, then more screws fell out we can't reach then hinges stopped working and THEY WONT ANSWRR US AT ALL to address this very expensive piece of shit.
