Preorder policy

  • Preorder release dates are estimated dates provided by manufacturers.
  • Items may be received up to 2 months after release due to shipping and customs clearance.
  • Note that delays to estimated release dates are common and expected.
  • Refunds are not provided for release delays as they are beyond our control.


Please be aware that suppliers often do not provide timely information on release date delays, considering them normal. Consequently, we cannot update customers if item arrival dates are delayed.

However, we will notify if an item is confirmed to be cut by the manufacturer, and offer order cancellation accordingly.

Email us to check if you haven't received items after their supposed release date. Please allow 3 weeks after inquiry for us to provide any release date information, as manufacturer responses are typically slow.

For preorders, we place orders with the manufacturer after you place an order with us.
Refunds will only be given if we are unable to fulfill orders due to quantity cuts, as these are quite common.
